Thread regarding DST Systems layoffs

I had a Vice President...

He wanted to layoff local staff and use offshore. You could hear him regularly screaming at staff in his office or throwing temper tantrums that would put a 3 year old to shame. His bosses knew of his behavior but kept him at dst for 50+ years. A pitiful place to work

Well I worked for a red headed always drunk programming manager. That manager should have been fired or layed off the first year she was there, So many tasked she assigned to sub par Programming staff was totally messed up. Ruining clients databses that had to be rebuilt. Its like she was against DST providing good service to clients. And always drunk.

The V.P. I had wanted to offshore all programming to the Thailand and he was goign to lay off the prorgammers under him. He had no VISION

I hope A.I. replaces those who code. The programmers make many huge coding errors. We could automate coders.
