Anyone have issues with moving on to another telecom role after the last layoff due to having signed a non-compete document when we started at Crown?
Is Crown going after folks saying that they have voided their severance agreement because of voiding the non-compete?

You are an employee from 2009 and prior. Those were the only individual contributors who had non competes.
It’s ridiculously hard to enforce a non-compete. Plus, they can’t afford the lawyers. What are they even going to get out of you? Unless you were a VP, they don’t give a 💩
@OP I have not heard of any. But honestly, what are they going to do? They should be focusing on their company that is falling apart.
