Lots of critical engineers on critical location are leaving, it is the biggest stupid lay off I have ever seen...

@bb If you are expressing the idea of the big boss, I agree that anyone in the form is just a number.
@bb you didn’t go to tech elevate? There are really talented engineers across all BU’s
@bv Sherlock solved this
The name of the game is hot-potato TAC case. Move your game pieces around the board. Keep bouncing that case around. First, we will collaborate and send the ticket twelve time zones away, where the engineers can't and won't communicate with the customer live over the phone; just email. After the customer gets angry, they will re-queue the case, at which time the customer will wait another two hours for the new engineer to actually call them back.
they’re literally are no critical engineers in Collab
Lots of critical engineers on critical location are leaving
Name a few.
Is collab BU webex? No offense but cisco might have hit the nail on the head with this one
From outside looking in - it is an exit of that software business and only keeping hardware (devices). Cisco's DNA is not cloud-based SaaS not tie to HW, they would manage to sc--w up always. Webex was one of the longest one they finally managed to sc--w up. Looked at Zoom, it can work with the same people just not the stupid CISCO.
I think CISCO should just focus on network gears. Plenty of business from Uncle Sam.
Cisco is winding down the collab business.
