Looks like the Ford family just handed out a few more years of free money, proving that "d-mb" is a relative term when you've got $19 billion to burn. Sure, he was an arrogant id--t who took a job he definitely didn't qualify for, but let's be real: that's on the genius who thought hiring him was a good idea. At this point, the only one actually leaving is the rest of us.

OP. His initial contract at Ford states he is an at will employee. What makes you think he just signed a new contract. People said that last year too.
Blind leading the blind. Not only does JF need to go but the entire BOD needs to go as well. Well glad I am retired and do not own any Ford stock...That shows you how much faith I have in the company long term.
@ep Picture the Ford dinner table: the only thing being passed around is pure delusion. Uncle Ford just won't stop talking about how EVs are the savior of humanity, the kids are arguing that charging your car for a monthly fee is the new gold rush, and Dad keeps insisting they're not actually making cars but are secretly a tech company in disguise. It’s less of a family meal and more of a fever dream where common sense went to die.
@eb The place is in trouble. Look at who the family talks to in the company; it’s not the people who actually produce, but the bullsh-tters. It’s like a developer ignoring architects and spending all their time picking out paint colors. Very sad.
@eb have always been
Amazing how re--rded the board and Bill have become.
