Pretty sure they have the capacity to do that. The bigger question is does your manager care. I know mines doesn't give ** about that level of micromanaging
There is a banner pop up on all corp computers when you first log in - says right there they can monitor all activity on that device. Not to mention they are tracking all AI activity - there is no hiding, period.
I take my laptop with me while I'm taking a dump so my Manager can hear how I feel about him/her.

Yes you can be tracked electronically by a telecommunications company, READ the st6srt up message every morning when you sign in that states, company equipment is to be used for business purposes, and you are subject to monitoring
In this day and she, it's not uncommon for employers to track when you badge in/out, mouse movement, etc. They may not go to the extreme of Meta but I would b surprised if they aren't doing anything.
