We already knew these layoffs were coming. There was nothing unexpected that happened.

The only thing new here are the union’s desperate and tragic lies. They are struggling to stay afloat. Union membership is way, way down because unions are no longer needed. They DO want your money and attention, though.

Welcome to the club. And you thought you was going to get those long term service discount cards didn't you? .... Probably got that email from a name you cannot even pronounce from some HB1 visa person that gave you a AI wrote email talking about how great you was and it wasn't your fault and it's just the right way for the company to go and if you need mental health help here's a number LOL !!!! Walmart su-ks but since people won't unionize they will carry on railroading people and expect them to still shop there, you'd think after they burned everyone that has worked there people would stop shopping there and they've probably hired everyone in the U.S. 3x's over.

Oh but the kool-aid drinkers are on here saying "it's people who received opportunity rating at last performance eval".

No, no it's not. It never is and never was. The performance eval is already a terribly poor indicator of performance and is abused, even manipulated, to achieve leadership goals of forced matching of evaluation curves that would normally and naturally occur in a true fair and competent evaluation system.

Yes they do mix a few flagged poor performers to cull, but the 1000+ purges are marketed as re-organizations or relocations, impacting a majority of folks who are on target or better performers.
