The amount of fraud and slamming and bundling that goes on is a shame. How has the whistle not been blown on this place. We keep the collection agencies in business with the amount of written off accounts I see. This place and the 3rd party sc-mbag agents have no integrity whatsoever.

That is why they are divesting corporate stores to agents. The Verizon integrity book was the first thing burned.
Integrity matters....unless it affects the metrics, then it's turn a blind eye.
Some of the top leaders in finance/accounting will do anything for power. One legacy leader known for over staffing, creating busywork, and every day urgency due to poor planning has refused to sign purchase orders to make quarterly numbers. I also suspect this person goes to IT directly to change the numbers in financial data cubes. Because who honestly would even catch it? There’s such chaos and turnover that nobody would even know.
But what about the credo? All that mandatory, annual training was supposed to prevent 2.0 tho.
Worldcom 2.0 is perhaps more appropriate - since the fMCI crowd were sc--wed by Bernie Ebbers.
