Leadership owning the consequences of their actions and quickly cutting people loose out of respect takes ba--s the tower has been lacking for years.
They are going to squeeze everything they can of people and keep them hanging on until leaders feel comfortable then will pull the rug.
They are not going to offer severance to anyone. Just slowly su-k your will to live until you leave. Commitment Runs DEEP
