This how it is.
You work very very hard, hoping for the career growth trying to keep your family afloat with kids and wife burning your money. And one day there is a meeting with your manager or a manager+hr or your accounts or badge is locked or there security+police walking into your office.
I have seen that all happening to others.
However, if you are smart you are long gone from the ship before you even need to think about it.
