@fp lol they totally would. Thing is they haven't issued a WARN act notice so they will end up keeping layed off people on payroll for the warn duration which technically means those people would be employees when the RSU vests but I'm not a lawyer so I may be off base.
@f6 are you implying that netapp would deliberately target layoffs a day before someone granted RSU's would vest? That's a pretty serious allegation of despicable behavior, I hope you are just making that up. Netapp have their issues but I don't believe they'd sink that low.

I’ve heard approx 20% in some BUs as well. No idea on timeline but assume before focal, bc that would be the kurian way.
@OP 20% - 40% !!! Do you mean cuts of that magnitude in terms of product offering, or headcount in affected BU’s?
