Did you mean Q3 layoffs? Q2 ends in June, besides what you mentioned in terms of metrics doesn't make it clear. AI usage is encouraged not discouraged, i think what you meant is that those who don't use AI will be valued less. Correct me if i am wrong.
It would be ironic if a company thats trying to position themselves as a leader in AI layed off employees for using AI.
