Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

So what happened to the Overland Park Kansas expansion hub?

Supposedly Fiserv was going to open the new hub starting in the summer of this year, but there's been no news of it. I haven't heard if they even did the $175m in rennovations either. The plan was also going to relocate 500 employees and hire 1,500 new full time employees with annual salaries expected to average around $102K by 2030. Considering the recent the predicament the company is in, is this ever going to happen? And which business units are these even for, Merchant or Financial Solutions? The company is shrinking so an expansion seems bizarre.

Never, ever made sense - but no MC leader, especially Jennifer Manchester had the courage to say so to Frank - Rosman either.

There’s this article from March but not sure if it is reporting old news or what: https://www.costar.com/article/26819882/fiservs-aspiria-lease-represents-largest-corporate-relocation-in-kansas-history

Probably waiting for the dust to settle. Sounds like the Royals were interested in the land, but as of January 2026 they've made plans to build a new stadium elsewhere. Also, doubtful Fiserv can afford it now, and growth is not really on the table.
