If May 14th is the layoff day do we still get our ESPP stocks that are going to be allotted in June ?

@am this is the correct answer though does depend on where you work because different countries have different rules. For US based employees below JG 13 it is 60 days on payroll with regular pay checks, benefits, 401k matching, etc. You are a regular employee just not working (or feeling guilty about not working 😂). Then followed by 4 months of severance, seniority payout for >10 years service and 4 months of COBRA payments. Not a bad deal, really.

You should. You are, from a payroll perspective, employed as usual for 60 days and should be able to do everything business as usual.
