Senior leadership has no vision. The only thing they know how to do is send more jobs to india and jamaica. Make no mistake. They are trying to have teams automate themselves out of a job with AI tools so they can cut a few more heads. So be a good worker and please use cursor to automate your job so we can cut you later. Much cheaper than paying someone the hefty salary to figure that out. They could cut half the current workforce and it wouldn't get then out of the hole they dug. The only way I see them digging themselves out is with some major new breakthrough product or some kind of new partnership.
