@pc Does Houston have the world famous taco bar at NEBU? Nope! Therefore, OKC wins by default. Case closed.

Hurricanes, flooding and an occasional tornado in Houston? Or, tornadoes in OKC?

Better yet, how about all you spoiled a-s brats in the cities come join us in the field where the real sh-t happens?

@q5 the ones that seem to know their status. Seems like they know and are staying on or know nothing.

@pc while Houston may have endless opportunities it also has endless competition for those highly sought roles that OKC simply does not have.

Just ask Conoco, Chevron, BP, SWN, Hess and Marathon folks how fun the local Hou market has been over the last 2 yrs

@pc OKC has a hole in the 47th floor bathroom for those seeking the executive level positions. What does Houston have?

No one from Houston is moving to the shi*hole that is OKC. Why would anyone move to that place? Devon has a history for layoffs and uncertainty and when you combine that with the OKC economy…. lol no thank you! Houston has endless opportunities!

@m5 some already know their departments are expected to be in different cities… some may be speculating of their future based on the EC1 announcement

Do lower level CTRA managers know something? Half are acting happy as if they are safe and the other half seem depressed.

@e4 Don't dismiss OK by their horrible quality of life stats.
They make up for it by locking up more women (per capita) than almost every state, and also having more dispensaries per capita than any other state. Don't forget they have cheap me-h.
Or maybe there's a correlation between all of those things and their sh---y quality of life.

@e4 hard pass on moving in either direction. Not worth uprooting your life for Devon under its current leadership

I wish CTRA was next week but they wanna drag it on for a year. No thanks. And Hardest Pass on moving to OKC. That’s laughable at Best
