Yes, losing my job would be anything but good, but this place has changed so much for the worse that being forced to find something else doesn’t even sound like the worst outcome anymore. If I get laid off, at least I’ll have severance and a chance to find something better. That still sounds a lot better than staying stuck here, too scared to quit while worrying about layoffs 24/7.

@bg if you truly did then your leader is not following protocol. Why telescope an ominous event so far in advance and deal with all the potential fallout for a week? More likely to show up on the impacted calendars the morning of.
I got mine for Thursday morning 8:45 to 9:00 this meeting was rescheduled all sudden with no clue. Just wondering do they schedule the layoff notice meeting this early ?
Anyone get a meeting for Thursday morning.
