Management would openly waived the activation/upgrade fee to leverage things like vzhome protection, AAL, or 4 perks, even 5g home internet. It created so many billing escalations.
Don't give them an option of lessor insurance. If they dont know then they cant say no. Its not insurance fraud if we aren't licensed.
Put it in the quote!
There can never be integrity when there are kings and kingdoms. Verizon is full of small kingdom's. Every manager here tries to build their kingdom that has only serves themselves.
