So they are spending a publicly declared sum of USD 20B on buybacks. Stock price is going up mostly because of the buybacks. Top execs are selling at the highs, booking profits. Company's money is used to increase the share price which in turn is used by big fat executives to book huge profits. This is what is happening.
Someone please explain how is this allowed. How is this NOT insider trading done legally?
