@OP Maybe a major reorg???
@f3 For worse. We got rid of in role promotions. So you have to have a new role with increase responsibilities to get a promotion.

P66 employee here. We got a new CHRO about 2 years ago and completely changed how promotions work.
@OP Our new Chief Human Resources Officer needs to make his mark. This means a departure from the status quo. Just how it repeats across Corporate America.
