My manager is visibly silent, the mood in rest of the group seems better though.
He seems more quiet, non participating in discussions.

My manager is busy, but has been talking to anyone who stops by their desk.
@OP I can confirm my manager has also been noticeably silent
others have been scheduling meetings and discussing future work as normal though
