I mean if its something really bad just bypass Fidelity completely, create a Finra complaint. We own Fidelity as much courtesy as they give us. Let them deal with the Feds and an investigation.

chairman's line is probably the only way aside from becoming her next door neighbor and sending up smoke signals or renting an airplane with a banner

@OP you can send her email or snail mail but there will absolutely be a handler screening anything before it makes it to her directly.
