LIST IS RECEIVED

As a people manager, I can confirm I received list of associates I'll have to let go.

My manager probably received the same.

We all have mandatory trainings tomorrow to break the news in stages on Thursday.

Just like level 4-7 associates, level 8 and above won't know their date until Thursday.

I might well be outside the door after breaking news to two of my exceptional performers on Thursday.

So it is happening.

The EE chapter area is a black box for now. No one knows what will be the impact there

I was not involved in the decision making.

Fidelity is focused on bringing colocation structure to the team.

If you're not in same location as your skip level, you're being cut.

All high performers in my team were remote and are being let go

I am in NC level 8 people manager.

I am losing 3 contractors by end of June

Two exceptional performers are also impacted (Boston based).
Those roles will be backfilled in Westlake

My fate is undecided, just like others reported I have training tomorrow and will know Thursday

In my area, so far impact seems to be level 7 and above.

No word on what will happen to associates level 4 to 6.

I'm guess if we get new leader, those associates will be "evaluated" further

@ad EIA is always given to folks who will be cut.

Never seen an IP receive an EIA.

It's always given to associates just before they are going to be eliminated so other teams looking to hire someone similar can hire them

Can we at least get some details around who? Is it just agile roles? Is this saying only level 8+ is being laid off this week? Lower levels aren’t going to be notified until June? So we have to wonder if we are getting cut for another month?

We are cutting ties with NC team.

Platforms are going to have lead from Westlake and Boston.

3 locations per teams. My list ONLY contains high performers

Wealth platform level 8 associate here.

I am definitely being cut as I declined my move from NC to Westlake.

My associates fate is in limbo. I have to let go two exceptional performers.

Two remote associates received two weeks notice. But people in Boston onsite are being terminated with immediate effect.

I don't have any IPs in my list.

Two ESP, two contractors.

The contracts won't be renewed post June end, giving them a month to find something internal at fidelity.

I am in Wealth experience. If I am let go, my reportees will report to skip level.

I received as well. There are few title changes in our area.

Some level 8 and 9 are being let go. All associates under level 8 / 9 won't find their date until June end unfortunately.
