I have a strong suspicion that some teams will exploit this policy to dismiss individuals who refuse to appease the teams demands. If the documentation of such instances is comprehensive, it could lead to significant fines and settlements if they failed to meet eeoc requirements, potentially causing further embarrassment for the leadership.
