What is this new Take Two video we’re doing in the US? It feels like a segment in a local tv news program. Can leaders just communicate with us without dressing it up like this? It feels so inauthentic and artificial. Bad vibes. Especially for OA, who is usually a very transparent and genuine person. I’m sure they’ll regret making this when something important has to be communicated and quietly cancel it.

@rc looks like you have never worked as an employee or have no clue.
@px right and where were/are our NBA/WNBA discounts?! They were so proud to sponsor them 😀
@pr Revolut gear has a Helios logo AND a Castrol logo… that’s why you have to pay double!
@k2 people who cry about the 10% force rank but were silent under the old DE/ME and averaging to 1.2 are just deluding themselves. We’ve always had force ranking. People are just upset now that we are labeling it correctly.
If you were ME/DE 1.0 before… you were the lowest group. You are the bottom.
Bp didn’t even give employee's swag when we sponsored the Olympics - we had to pay for it. 😆
@pn you will have to buy it at an elevated price in the coffeeshop. It wont be free....same way you will have to pay the insane "public" price for audi stuff that has the worthless bp logo.
I didn’t hate it, and now I want swag, where’s my BP swag to wear with pride??!
Sit this one out (and every other one, just STFU forever) B.Looney - you're the last one to talk about accountability and performance. Go chase females in your new company.
Re/ Take Two - video was good. OA literally just answered two questions from the townhall. His answers were as good as you can expect from someone whose statements can change the stock price. He left himself an out with the "we're looking at it" on the 10% because he and all of them know it's causing a great deal of anger in the organization and they have been getting the feedback that it's not sustainable. Either way, we have to wait and see what happens with the coming changes. Hoping Meg does better than the previous geniuses, for her and all our sakes.
Yes it was an excellent, informative and motivating video. OA is among a core group of superb leaders on the rise under our new leadership. Performance and Accountability are our new watchwords and this will certainly feel threatening to the lower performers in our midst. Good Day.
bp leadership is out of touch. They’re egomaniacs hiding behind a veil that they crest that they actively care about you. They don’t. bp is rotten from the top all the way to site leadership teams. The useful id--ts who defend them are even worse.
I kinda like it
I like OA, hopefully people can see past the baloney.
When we have another round of layoffs, they’ll dodge the hard questions on this Take Two thing just like they do at the town halls.
