WFH resurgence due to high fuel prices

Rumors are that some companies (mostly west coast) are returning to Work From Home due to the dramatic increase in gas prices. Any local confirmation of that?

USAToday points to a poll showing that high gas prices have caused 12% of people to work from home more.

That doesn't mean employers are offering more flexibility. But employees can ask for it.

On the West Coast, gas is over $6 per gallon. We may see local changes if the price stays above $4 for an extended period.

I cannot confirm that west coast companies are going back to WFH due to gas prices.

That would seem silly to yo yo your policy based on gas prices. Covid sure.
