What’s the details behind the special bonus for hourly associates with no points for the whole year? The year goes until Jan 31st?

I've had no points for the past 4 years and have never gotten a bonus. I used to get a My Share but that went away a few years ago. Now all incentives only go to the leads.
What bonus are you talking about?? Never heard of this.
The Walmart financial year goes from Feb 01 to Jan 31. That’s a long time to go without any points, but I know it’s definitely possible. There’s probably not many.
Ha Ha Ha Ha if true what timing. What a christmas present. Why not just say it will be $500k.
