With Dhyvia I really had no confidence and am tremendously worried about further layoffs. With Vishay maybe a little better but still very worried. We need more expertise and professional knowledge — AI is just not the answer. I hope the management team sees that through and through!

@dv didn’t she work at Stripe for awhile? I mean I’m not confident in her ability either but seems she might have some knowledge of the business
Vishal is good but Dhivya will drive FI to the dumpster. She has zero knowledge of this business and her arrogance will drive all good people away including clients.
FIG AI is highly disjointed stuff hacked together by people learning AI on the fly. The only thing its doing is increasing costs and destroying the environment. Sure, some job functions and bottom performers could be cut with AI, but I think the actual costs of the intelligence it takes to get things done is going to be higher with AI than a human
Are you saying that using AI will not reduce the operational expenses which will improve EBITDA?
Its all AI, thats the only strategy. What they don’t seem to get is AI can’t fix the ancient systems and lack of expertise we need to maintain them.
Who dis Dhyvia and Vishay bro? I’d be worried too if didn’t know how to spell names.
