Hopefully not, but he starts June 1st as CEO. What do the Kalshi betters at oxy think? It’s a sure way to be disliked and have huge turnover immediately, but he may not care and follow Chevron and Conoco footsteps.

It would be good for people to get back to the office on Monday so the stores aren’t so crowded on Monday morning. It would also be good for people to go back to work on every other Friday so restaurants aren’t as crowded on Thursday nights. Thursday afternoon is like the start of the weekend for working people these days.
It has been a good 6 year run
Monday's will be in the office from what I hear (me and Richard are tight). There is a possibility he will allow us to WFM on the working Friday. Richard is anxious to put his stamp on OXY operations as soon as possible. The "party" is over folks.
I hope so. All you lazy turdnuggets need to come into the office, be-doverand grab your ankles, spell “Run” 3 times as fast as you can and do so work instead of scrolling the IG while sipping mimosas in your PJs
@a9 karma troll. I’m sharing my point of view and my voice and I get admonished…if this is not fair…
Alright karma troll no one asked for outside of oxy input. I want to hear from the actual employees who enjoy the work from home benefit. Crawl back into your troll hole please.
Turnover? Get real…there’s very few jobs out there and many talented and skilled workers looking for work…maybe they can have your job? How about job sharing? Also Oxy is way too comfortable with Monday’s off…that only benefits the worker not the company or all the local businesses…if I’m not mistaken about above statements…
