Some folks said the resignations are already starting to show on LinkedIn. One was confirmed yesterday, but I didn’t see who it was since it was on someone’s phone.
Does anyone have a list or a post of those who have resigned, or has anyone seen news of an official resignation? We should keep a tally. Let the good times roll. Glad these folks are not going down with the ship!
Not quite the same as what you're asking for, but I heard of a manager who was actively interviewing a candidate that was very promising. The day RTO was announced, the candidate sent an email saying they're no longer interested in continuing the interview process specifically because of the RTO announcement which they'd seen online.
Okay but… is anyone actually considering the possibility that this really is just "phase one"? I’m not trying to be dramatic but I’ve seen this pattern before: first it’s return to office, then it’s team alignment, then suddenly half the org is restructured.
