Did you know May is Fidelity Cares Month? Wow I would hate to see what they do in the other months if this is the month they care.

You’re not going to find fully remote work in financial services anywhere. Any job you’ll find moving forward in the industry will be in office. Party’s over and Fido was one of the last to return to normal.
Yep. Because actively disengaged employees are totally not a thing. Everyone will be totally motivated to give 100% effort, no matter what.
Thanks Captain Obvious
@a4
H1Bs are not rampant, the government has essentially ki-led. No way they are paying 100k to sponsor an H1B
@a6 Sorry to break this to you all, we are just cogs and completely disposable
Good luck finding another job in MA the states collapsing residents are fleeing as are businesses. Fidelity is fleeing to cheaper states this place will be a shell in a handful of years.
@a4 agree but that’s the crux of the problem H1B visas are rampant and they’ll pay them half what they pay us
Not a huge fan but his monologue about H1B visas. Wake up ppl I hope they allow the link if not Tucker Carlson X or his tcn network

@a1 decision has been made. Why would they provide a forum for the mutiny? Would not make sense. No amount of whining or having a tantrum changes the fact no one is being held hostage and can leave if they don't like policies if their employer. Harsh I know, but it's facts. Feelings don't play a part in business decisions.
Shows how little they think of us no surveys no forums to discuss
