A major theme for this fiscal year will be to get technical quick or get left behind. In the era of AI there will no longer be an excuse to not create revenue regardless of your organization.

Anytime an Amazon executive moves to a company, sh-t is going to go down. And unfortunately that's the case at NetApp, where there are several of them in engineering, destroying the culture, morale and momentum
NetApp's current "execs" are Olympic level sociopaths.
