The ceo said for months that layoffs would be complete "by 1Q." Instead layoffs continue well into 2Q and cmo said on kinetic call yesterday that layoffs are a good thing so we don't become bloated like kodak. The foundation has been put down for business as usual.

Let’s be honest if your job can be outsourced they’re gonna outsource it and layoff the internal employees kinetic used to be a place that was great to work now it’s a sh-t show of former Comcast and frontier employees

We need more business teams to be cut. Seriously many make no sense to be here. Not for the sake of getting rid of people but literally the purpose of some teams are not even needed and made up.

The thing is CD is a great guy, servant leader, and always listens to an idea even if he is 100% against it. He’s just carrying orders.
