@1ja Nobody said you had to join one schmuck, you think all these places with Unions make everyone join? No you pay your dues and when they are needed you have job security and a Union rep defending your job, just like the cops and government and everyone except people like you, you get to hit the road, you have nobody defending you except maybe open door or ethics LOL ...... which is probably the same person that you'll talk to and running many other departments as well, in other words you're SOL. Companies with unions fire people all the time, and bring them back with back pay because they was being wrongfully terminated. You will just simply be wrongfully terminated.

@1f0 more union lies and BS. The union hags will say or do anything to spread their misery. Walmart doesn’t need a union, we do need some hiring standards in the stores, though. Like being able to speak English and a high school diploma.

Cuts to Home office been in the works for a long time, ever since Covid, they knew it would die down and return to normal and had a backup plan, which is AI. The better it's trained the more that go and look for other jobs, look at facebook and others they are using the now associates/employees to teach the AI how to do their jobs, so instead of teaching a real human being H1B visa holder etc they are just letting the AI watch your every mouse move, type, process and it's learning what you teach it step by step, and when it can do what you can do and do it better, guess what....there's the door, give us that Walmart Cheer on your way out.....when you don't have union, you have no tomorrow promised, you have no job security, your livelihood depends entirely on what the stock holders and board decides and that can change as fast as the stock market, they will send you down the roads just as fast as they flush the toilet and with as much thought to what happens to you next.
