Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

Corp locations

It seems most building offices are constrained for space and with the recent return to office, it has made hiring in locations almost impossible. Are they going to open up new buildings are get leases for locations constrained?

@25j That's ridiculous. Next you'll suggest that red states will keep certain colors from voting. Or that red states have lesser worker protections and will let go of more of "them". That's absurd. Clarence and Samuel said so.

@d6 I think he did mean drop Blue sites. Blue, as in the color that reflects the political leanings of the state in which the employee lives. Namely, states have better employee protections and are employee-friendly, like ones that require pay transparency, for example.

CRE was told net headcount would drop. Leaseback 211, sell 215, cancel expansions, leaseback Gracy, drop blue sites. That and WFH could have saved hundreds of millions of dollars. Instead we have Ricky's Follies and Walt's Warts.
