Is anyone going to comment on the end-of-year performance review NEWS we are getting hit with? NO increases, we are now responsible for utilization and training/mentoring our Global friends. How are we all still signing on clients -- if we are not flipping them. What at all is the benefit of working here??

So many complain, yet do nothing at all to try & leave because you are comfortable. Well, you know what? Being comfortable is no longer viable....That's why many LEAVE, why I left! Make 2023 the year you do better for yourself instead of complaining better on here.

Sounds like a standard way to avoid layoffs - make it so horrible that people leave. Problem is that anyone capable of leaving has already left. What are the utilization targets? That has to be a challenge with no billable work.

News Flash -
There no new clients being sold.
Multiple Sunrise clients moving to Epic.
There are handful of stupid Paragon clients flipping to Sunrise because they can’t afford to go elsewhere.
There have been maybe 5 new Sunrise clients over the last 4-5 years.
Sunrise is DEAD !!!
Mentoring and utilization of global resources was on our plan last year, so not different for me. Haven’t had review yet, but not expecting much of a raise (sounds like zero might be in my future too)
