The 5 day RTO is designed to drive the remaining Bay Area employees out, at least they are not hiding it now.

Early to middle stages of a dying company.

Before we even got to the lack of payrises or telling juniors they should focus on their careers rather than expecting rewards I couldn't get over the cheap random CSG logo quickly printed out and stuck to the wall behind them while they both looked bored stiff reading out from whatever script they had.

Honestly just so uninspiring it is unreal, a very sorry state of affairs

Of course more anger deserves to the skin head. They force employees 5 days RTO because they do moonlighting and they don't even stick to their own work hours working at DOGE? it's absolutely absurd and unethical.
This company is insane. It's not the only crazy company in the world, but there's no reason you should work at a place like that. You'd better get out before you get fired.

The high debt was obvious within the first 2 years when they had a record profit after 2 consecutive massive layoffs including removing entire buildings and regions in all the geos, After making huge profit, they proceeded to NOT pay any of the Leverage aspect of the Leveraged Buyout that was done of Citrix and instead took on more debt by doling out NCDs to additional people. They went on tell that it was important to to do that for cash flow while taking massive pays and cutting salaries, ESOPs, stopped recruitment and innovation investment, threatening employees about moonlighting (i don't know what miniscule fraction was doing that) and then the following year joining doge as paid employee while still being paid here in citrix - CSG (hypocrisy at the least and probable terms of employment violation)

By design. They want you to leave without payout. If not then hold out until laid off next cycle.

They must be having trouble with cash flow and high debt.
