Layoffs, retirement and people quitting happens everyday @ MDT. Like every April/May MDT does a larger downsize ... been happening for years. If its your time this year, sorry.
Layoff is already underway. LinkedIn showed a few farewells, one of them was last Thursday. Happening quietly.
The Mission is most meaningful when it comes to layoffs because the Mission can be invoked as the reason for layoffs and any other tough decision or sc--wup that upper management doesn’t want to own up to.
