what ev a ... nobody cares at the end of the day... not even ur friends especially people at work
absolutely true! managers tell you they have open door policy meanwhile its quite the opposite. there is an unsafe place where if you try to reach out in different areas , you hear managers get upset but never directly confront you. they have a hidden agenda and keep you away from being important weeding you out and put you aside . you arent one of them but if you know someone of power , they change .
They all lie. Management is a vault of secrets and lies. It comes with the job at citi. Zero transparency.
Yes true. All the psychopathic sociopathic "managers" are in Citi especially in Tech Data.

Meticulously document all instances when they misinform you or lie to you, while looking for another position within the company or elsewhere.
Find something else. He or she is too old to change. Been there, done that at Citi....went somewhere else
