@ex Is there a maximum weeks amount? I don't work for Microsoft, but my company has for those with 20+ years of work, 20 weeks maximum severance. We used to have 1 week for every year of service without maximum, but now they cut it off with a max of 20 weeks.

Normal severence is 1–2 weeks of pay for every year of service.

LOL just can't make this up, funny how OP can't even count - no wonder Nop wonder Windows is a POS, full of bugs, freezes, broken kernal and dubious functionality.
