@b2 HLA still does all the application and stuff like that Casey does follow ups helps customers upload docs to chase answers. We will be processing loan like Rocket mortgage if you have ever done a loan with them. If customers does want to speak a person they will press for that option and i am sure they will have manila to speak to them. Look up Darwin AI which is the system emcompass is using it explains the assistance
