Thread regarding iCIMS.com layoffs

Layoff 2/0

Leadership has been talking about another 5% decrease if attrition doesn't allow for that in the first few months of 2023. Hiring will be scarce, they've overbought into companies that aren't going to deliver what they thought they were going to, AND demand is slowing. iCIMS is trying to make a big profit and 23 isn't looking hot.

I'm the person that leaked the layoffs last time, I wish everyone the best, but buckle up for 2023.

Between product performance issues, lengthy delays in career sites and a flaky CRM-text messaging set-up with expensive EU challenges to deploy, "it simply doesn't do what it says on the can"!

Senior management talk a good game but nah, not enough field experience there esp. in Europe to take the right decisions.

Buying that French company was a train wreck. Shocking product and didn't give access to the European customer base they needed. iCIMS were the only US company to not enter in to that market via the UK and Ireland as a leads. France ws a terrble mistake they are now payng for.
