Its indirectly telling you where the cuts will be, reality labs. Reality will hit hard. They could easily cut 10k positions in MP honestly. we Chinese are hiring and protecting our own, totally unqualified friends :) Chinese managers give good scores on perf evals, leaving their Indian direct reports begging not to be put on PIP (sorry).
