Has anyone received a 15 minute calendar entry for Friday with their manager? What is the standard timing for setting these meetings up for RIFs. Is it usually less than 24 hours?

Labs closed in Santa Rosa today. Being moved to Galway.
RIF’s definitely happening but not sure exactly when or how big. Managers that have staff impacted went through HR training. Thinking it could happen during the last week in April or early May.
Whatever happens is not a IF its a WHEN, likely a normal April RIF.

I m just not hearing anything that deserves this level of hype. My take is some contractors and going to be cut, nothing that tips the scale of replanning anything.
