They’re 40/60/80 cents increments. With a few getting 90 cents. Depending on your ~impact.

Looks like a decent raise pool this year but your low solid and high impact has bearing on what you get, and your guidance will be based on your individual place on the pay scale so there is not really a set percentage to speak of
What % are raises usually? If you were "low impact" can you expect one?
