Yes, was told I’m doing outstanding work and will be another awesome ranking session for me, expect large amount of RSUs
Feedback doesn’t exist at this company.
In the more than ten years I have been with the company my supervisors have only discussed my performance during the twice per year required pre and post assessment meeting sessions. I have never received feedback that was actionable and have never had any real discussion on how to improve.
My expectations are low.
