Depends on your experience. If you are joining bengaluru crnter , they are growing , houston probably not so much

No idea where reservoir is going , ask around before joining.
the future is bleak. all leadership is now doenstream because the ceo brought his chimmies up the line. good luck explaining what porosity and permeability is to crude cr--kers and chemicals geniuses. no concept of uncertainty at all.
do not join if you dont have to. if you have to then well su-k it up like the rest of us and enjoy the clown show.
