Hi everyone, I’m looking for any insight regarding potential restructuring within Aetna. Specifically, has anyone heard whispers about upcoming layoffs or organizational changes hitting the DDAT (Digital, Data, Analytics, and Tech) side? Any info would be appreciated.

DDAT and Aetna have aong history. If you have been there less than a decade, you don't know it.
Legal investigations can ruin careers and bring down entire organizations when it all comes out.
Linkedin:
“ This past Friday morning I was laid off by CVS Health and this upcoming Friday is my last day.
I thought l'd work here forever but that apparently wasn't in the cards. I walk away with SO many great memories!
Building a Design System for iOS was a fun and rare challenge which was what brought me here in late 2019 after many years of being an independent consultant.”
Great point on why do you think you will get a good answer on this forum. It is mostly posts by about 3 trolls who either never worked there or are there not brave enough to leave.
Every month it is either 'layoffs coming' or 'when will lay offs come'. Business change and some things come and some thing go. No job in America is guaranteed for life and CVS sure is not one with lifetime anything.
At least Karen Lynch is gone and Caremark people running the show for now so at least they are better than Karen's old Aetna bunch.
Sigh..layoffs in tech are guaranteed as systems are modernized and as long as companies choose contractors whether on shore or offshore to manage and code.
Why pay LDs and EDs 180k + per year when you can get a PO or PM for less?
Layoffs will be there in CVS all the time. I heard SM and Directors will be targeted in this quarter.
i just do not understand why people still believe they will get a good answer in this forum about layoff. You can look at company earnings in may and that is a much better indicator about if there is layoff or not (at least large scale company wide layoff)
