I recently resigned because my lit job started to feel like I was at Allstate or Geico. Upper management micromanaging has reared their ugly head and begun making life miserable. I wonder how much worse it will get

Great, where will you go? Most insurance companies are far worse than id assume progressive is. Im trying to escape the big red, but it just seems like trading bad situations for another bad situation+unknowns.
Are there any insurance carriers where its not a nightmare to work in claims/underwriting?
