Were we supposed to see our raises already for salary in America? Got a 3 for a ranking, thought we would at least see a cost of living raise effective April 1st

Midpoint changes in USA salary roles were 0 for several job grades this year, between 1-3% for some others. -1% for 9s, I think. 15, 16, and 17 were all at least 8%, though. Don’t want to cut your own paycheck
Because a bad job with a paycheck is better than no job. People need to eat.
Why would anyone want to work for 3M?
I’m in a state that requires 2 checks a month, and the increase is there. It’s really hard to see because it’s so low, but it’s there.
@bg the compensation package is obsence
The annual increment is miserable cannot even beat inflation. Meanwhile BB is paid handsomely at least $20,000,000
For a average rating like a 3, pay raise this year in the HQ is a humongous 1 to 2 %.
Top dogs in the quad are having a hard time to put food on their table because of their measly salaries in such hard times and hence the sheeple needs to make some sacrifice.
@aw I don't think the April increase would show up in compensation history just yet. I believe they'll have to wait for the month to end before it'll appear there. The latest Pay for Performance statement will have the upcoming April adjustment info. In Workday, go to Pay and Benefits, Compensation, Comp Review Statement to see your P4P.
Should have been a task for your supervisor to have a discussion then release in workday and you to acknowledge. If that didn’t happen it would have released by default date. You can look under Compensation Change History in workday
@a6 so if the numbers in workday are the same then no raise? Usually supervisor goes over the numbers but never did this year
It goes into effect April 1 (you can see it in workday already), but you'll see the raise on the paycheck you get at the end of April.
