Never seen an entire organization all check out at the same time in my career like this. Nobody has confidence in leadership and I would estimate over 80% of people are looking for new jobs. Even new hires are skeptical, turn over the leadership team before it’s too late.

Norlin is driving the organization into the ground. Motivation is at an all time low with unachievable sales numbers. He’s failed every quarter since he’s been here, so why is he still here? KKR have to act, and quickly.
@jb another manager unable to be logical and watch what’s happening. Fire Norlin, it is without a doubt the best thing for the company that so many spent years to build and cultivate
@jb Bore off? Dude, you seem really upset. Just relax, nobody is judging you because you are complacent and accepting of Omnissa's poor leadership. You'll stay until you're fired.
Just f@cking leave, take responsibility and let anyone who chooses to stay decide if it’s a good idea or not.
This!!! 100%
The 5 or 6 of you that continue to post this boring bullsh1t must lead really sad lives. Just f@cking leave, take responsibility and let anyone who chooses to stay decide if it’s a good idea or not. You seem to keep looking on here for validation that your opinion is right. Spoiler, you will not get that from the internet let alone a poisonous little forum where less than 10 people post anything. I would love to know the science behind 80% are checked out. Bore off
you want me to start working? you know how I can start workin? f1re Norlin then I start working. until then I work seven hours every week maximum
i really want the company to tank just to laugh at KKR.
This is what a company culture looks like when the majority of employees have lost all hope of a turnaround. New hires are just glad to get a paycheck. Very low expectations.
@OP we just keep moving forward like sheep hoping we’re not close to the sla-ghterhouse
